WASATCH COUNTY, Utah — An ice fisherman was rescued yesterday after falling through the ice at Strawberry Reservoir.

According to a statement from Wasatch County Search and Rescue, the incident took place at approximately 8:57 a.m. when the ice gave way under  one of two people traveling south on the reservoir.

The second person was able to pull the first to safety. The couple was equipped with a fishing tent which they immediately setup with heaters and called for help.
