Intermittent Rail Trail closures near Creamery Lane in Hoytsville through Thursday

HOYTSVILLE, Utah — A portion of the Historic Union Pacific Rail Trail will experience intermittent closures starting today and lasting until Thursday, August 10.

According to Summit County, Mountain West Pipeline is using the Rail Trail near Creamery Lane in Hoytsville to access a construction project in the area.

“There will only be a hard closure when equipment is moving,” said a statement from Summit County. “Please follow the direction of flaggers and construction crews if using the area during this time.”

The intermittent closures will take place from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day.
