High West raises spirits at Savor the Summit

PARK CITY, Utah. — Savor the Summit is not just for those who managed to purchase a seat at the table before they quickly vanished. Locals and unwitting visitors walk the streets to admire the decor and revel in the palpable revelry. One of the best parts of Savor is the High West Spirit Garden.

Live music from Mountain Town Music typically caps off the fun-filled evening for most Savor-ers.

On Saturday, June 25, those 21 and older can enjoy the Spirit Garden, no ticket necessary, from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. High West will be offering its infamous cocktails, as well as wine and beer for purchase. For the first time ever, the High West culinary team will be offering bites and food for purchase as well for those without a seat at any of the participating restaurants.

The Mountain Town Music stage will be returning this year as well to provide the live music soundtrack for the evening. The stage and Spirit Garden are located on Heber Avenue between Main Street and Park Avenue.

Here’s a classic refreshing High West cocktail recipe that anyone (21 and older, that is) can make at home.

Dead Man’s Boots:

1.5 oz Double Rye!
1 oz Reposado Tequila
0.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Lime Wedge Garnish
