Park City Jewish Festival returns for second year with free community celebration

PARK CITY, Utah — The second annual Park City Jewish Festival will return this summer with live music, traditional food, and interactive cultural experiences designed to celebrate Jewish heritage and bring the community together.

The festival will feature live entertainment, family-friendly activities, and opportunities for visitors to learn about Jewish traditions.

Organizers say this year’s event has expanded to include a new cultural experience where guests can sample traditional Jewish cuisine and explore displays highlighting Jewish history and customs.

“We believe one of the best ways to build understanding is through music, food and culture,” festival organizers said. “At a time when our country, and even our own Park City community, has experienced increasing division, polarization and, sadly, moments of antisemitism, we wanted to create something that brings people together.”

Admission is free, and organizers say the event is open to people of all faiths and backgrounds.

In addition to performances throughout the day, attendees can explore educational exhibits, connect with members of the local Jewish community, and experience traditions that organizers hope will foster greater understanding and appreciation of Jewish culture.

The festival debuted last year and returns for its second year with an expanded lineup and additional cultural programming.

The Park City Jewish Festival will take place Wednesday, August 5, starting 6 p.m. at Canyons Village at Park City Mountain. Admission is free, though registration is encouraged and reserved seats and co-sponsor tickets are available.
