Summit Sotheby’s International Realty Nominated for Prestigious Award
PARK CITY, Utah. – Inman nominated Summit Sotheby’s International Realty for its prestigious Golden I Club Award, recognizing excellence in sales and marketing. The Utah real estate leader secured the nomination for its strategic marketing campaign for its luxury slopeside development: Goldener Hirsch Residences.
“Exceptional developments deserve exceptional support services that drive sales,” said Thomas Wright, President and Principal Broker at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. “We’re honored that the team behind the acclaimed Goldener Hirsch Residences selected Summit Sotheby’s International Realty to announce their ski-in/ski-out legacy project to the world. This project has been a dream assignment. The combination of Olson Kundig, Utah Development and Construction, TAL Studios, and Okland Construction has changed the landscape of Park City and Deer Valley real estate forever.”
Honorees will be announced later this month at the Inman Luxury Connect, taking place on October 25-26 at the ARIA in Las Vegas, Nevada. Known as the “highest honor in luxury real estate” the award’s feature categories range from Top Luxury Agent to Top Mountain Sale.
“The combination of our in-house advertising and creative agency, Summit Sotheby’s International Realty’s signature publication, Collections, The Goldener Hirsch Residences, We Norwegians, and IMG Model Sam Saba created pure magic,” added Tiffany Blake Fox, Vice President of Marketing at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. “The stars aligned, and we were able to launch a fashion and lifestyle campaign in tandem with Deer Valley Resorts’ 2020 winter opening, The Goldener Hirsch Residences opening their doors, and our globally recognized publication hitting distribution. The strategy moved the needle, setting price per square foot numbers our community has never seen.”
Summit Sotheby’s International Realty is in good company for this year’s Golden I Awards, with fellow nominees including Ryan Serhant and etco Homes.
