PARK CITY, Utah — Several popular trails on and around Park City Mountain are temporarily closed as construction and maintenance projects continue this season.
A section of Mid Mountain Trail between Tommy Two Step and Mother Urban is currently closed while crews complete trail work. Hikers and bikers can detour via Mother Urban at John’s 99 toward Deer Valley and Daly Canyon, or use Empire Link to bypass the construction area. The closure is expected to remain in place through Friday.
Meanwhile, Mojave Trail is closed weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. as crews carry out a major reconstruction project.
Riders looking to avoid the closure can use Silver Queen to access the top of Town Lift.
Closer to the resort base area, Lower Silver Spur remains closed near the First Time parking lot while construction continues on a new halfpipe for Shaun White’s Snow League. That closure is expected to remain in effect through July 31.
Trail users can detour around the work area via Three Kings Drive to connect with the lower sections of Spiro or Armstrong trails.
