Summit Sotheby’s Realty launches 31st edition of Collections Magazine

The Winter 2025 edition highlights Deer Valley's East Village in addition to the homes and lifestyles of Utah

PARK CITY, Utah — Summit Sotheby’s International Realty has released the 31st edition of Collections Magazine, its award-winning real estate and lifestyle publication. The winter 2025 edition spotlights the Deer Valley® East Village development alongside homes and lifestyles across Utah.

The biannual publication, now in its 15th year, has evolved from a property guide into a nationally recognized magazine featuring market insights, editorial content and Utah properties across all price points.

The latest issue emphasizes Deer Valley East Village, a new development that anchors the resort’s 3,700-acre terrain expansion. The project will more than double Deer Valley’s skiable terrain, positioning it among North America’s largest mountain resorts. Located directly off U.S. Route 40, the East Village will serve as a gateway to the ski-only resort.

“The commercial offerings and community vibrancy within Deer Valley East Village will be second-to-none in the state of Utah,” said Sheila Hall, Lead Residential Sales Agent for Deer Valley East Village and Associate Broker with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty.

The East Village development results from a partnership between real estate developer Extell and Alterra Mountain Company, with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty serving as the exclusive listing brokerage. Hall will handle all residential sales at the Village. The completed development will feature nearly 1,700 private residences and hotel rooms, from estate lots to townhomes and luxury condominiums, alongside hotels and a commercial center.

The development has generated momentum in the Wasatch Back’s real estate market, driving housing demand around Jordanelle Reservoir and into the Heber and Kamas Valleys. National home builders have begun investing in planned communities near the expansion.

Summit Sotheby’s International Realty represents properties across Utah’s diverse landscapes, from the Wasatch Back to Southern Utah, and from Moab to the Wasatch Front. The firm distributes over 150,000 copies of Collections Magazine to subscribers each edition, with additional copies available at more than 400 physical locations throughout Utah.
