Utah’s Summit Sotheby’s places 112 agents on national top 1,000 list

SALT LAKE CITY — Summit Sotheby’s International Realty announced Friday that 112 of its real estate advisors earned spots on the 2025 RealTrends Verified + The Thousand rankings, which identify America’s top 1,000 residential real estate agents and teams based on 2024 sales performance.

The Utah-based luxury brokerage dominated state rankings, with agent Sheila Hall earning recognition as the top agent in Utah and ranking 64th nationally by sales volume. Michael LaPay, another Summit Sotheby’s agent, also placed among the top 200 U.S. agents.

Summit Sotheby’s agents represented 38 of the top 100 real estate professionals in Utah and accounted for 40% of the state’s top 25 agents by sales volume.

The annual RealTrends report ranks agents and teams across four categories: top 250 agents by transaction sides, top 250 agents by sales volume, top 250 teams by sides, and top 250 teams by sales volume.

Nationally, Sotheby’s International Realty secured 42 of the top 250 sales associates in the individuals by sales volume category.
