PARK CITY, Utah — The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) released a “Scattered Microbursts” notice for today in Northern and Central Utah. Afternoon thunderstorms could bring heavy rain, lightning, and strong winds of more than 50 mph.
