Deer Valley’s summer season winds down with special offers and events
PARK CITY, UT — Deer Valley Resort is set to wrap up its summer season with a range of activities and promotions, offering visitors the chance to enjoy the remaining warm days in the mountains. The resort will remain open daily through Labor Day, shifting to weekend-only operations (Friday through Sunday) until September 22.
Among the highlights is the Summer Scenic Special, which includes free scenic chairlift tickets for children aged 5-12 with each paying adult, while kids 4 and under ride free. Adults can take advantage of discounted lift tickets, priced at $10 to mid-mountain and $20 to the summit.
On weekends, visitors can enjoy live music from local artists, dining options, and access to hiking trails with high-alpine views.
For those looking ahead to mid-September, the Third Annual Deer Valley Mountain Beer Festival is scheduled for September 14 and 15. The event runs from 12 to 5 p.m. each day and features chairlift access, live music, outdoor dining, and family-friendly activities. Attendees can sample a wide range of beer styles, including full-strength selections from over two dozen local breweries. Tickets are currently on sale, with the event having sold out in previous years.
Deer Valley is also offering a Fall Lodging Special, with discounts of up to 30% on accommodations. This offer is available from September 3 through December 5, allowing guests to experience the crisp autumn air and vibrant fall colors at a fraction of winter rates.
