Grand Hyatt Deer Valley’s private residences sell out ahead of November launch

All 55 luxury residences are under contract as Deer Valley East Village expansion heats up

PARK CITY, Utah — Extell Development Company, in collaboration with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, announced the sellout of all 55 private residences at the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley. Situated in the new Deer Valley East Village, the luxury hotel is set to open this November, marking the Grand Hyatt brand’s debut in Utah and the first luxury hotel within the new village.

“I’m proud to announce that all 55 of the available private residences at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley have officially contracted,” said Sheila Hall, associate broker at Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. “The combination of Extell’s track record and the excitement surrounding the Residences at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley has set the tone, creating even more buzz around the expansion project. Other residential offerings are currently available, with future luxury projects coming down the pipeline. This is just the beginning for the East Village.”

Deer Valley East Village will anchor the resort’s major terrain expansion, doubling its size to 3,700 acres with 16 new chair lifts and a 10-passenger gondola. The village will offer year-round attractions, including dining, shopping, entertainment, and recreational activities.

“The sales success of the Residences at Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is a testament to the market’s anticipation of Deer Valley East Village,” said Gary Barnett, founder and chairman of Extell Development. “As the first for-sale development within the Village, buyers recognized the value of investing in what will become a world-class destination, attracting the world’s best brands in terms of lodging, dining, and retail amenities. We expect Deer Valley East Village to become the crown jewel of Utah and attract visitors and residents from around the world.”

Grand Hyatt Deer Valley will feature 381 hotel guest rooms, 55 luxury residences, and over 60,000 square feet of conference, dining, and entertainment spaces. Guests will enjoy world-class dining options, including an American Brasserie by Chef Marc Marrone, a family-friendly Après Living Room, a live music venue, and a coffee outpost.

Extell’s ongoing developments in Deer Valley East Village are expected to create 2,000 new jobs, making it the first major resort development expansion since 1981. Grand Hyatt Deer Valley is now accepting reservations for stays starting in November. For more information, visit the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley website.
