Deer Valley Resort to host Snow Park Village project open house on Jan. 10

PARK CITY, Utah — Deer Valley Resort will host the first in a series of community open houses on the Snow Park Village base area project on Wednesday, Jan. 10.

The open house will take place from 4-6 p.m. in the Snow Park Lodge, located at 2250 Deer Valley Drive. At the meeting Deer Valley representatives will recap the company’s current plans for the base area, and take community feedback.

Plans for the reimagined area feature new shops and restaurants, structured parking, a multi-modal transit center and expansive slope-side access.

Deer Valley received the green light for the project after a public-private partnership between Park City Municipal and the resort was approved by the Park City Council last month.

As a part of the public-private partnership, the Park City Planning Commission will still revisit the project for further review and consideration.
