Deer Valley opens season pass sales for 2026-27, building on its biggest expansion ever

PARK CITY, Utah — With spring skiing still underway on the slopes of the Wasatch Mountains, Deer Valley Resort is already looking ahead. The Park City destination has unveiled its season pass lineup for 2026-27, inviting skiers to lock in access to what will be the resort’s second full winter following the largest single-season expansion in ski industry history. Passes go on sale March 12, exclusively at deervalley.com.

This past season, Deer Valley debuted 100 new ski runs, 10 new chairlifts, and the 10-passenger Deer Valley East Village Gondola — a connection between the East Village base and Park Peak that more than doubled the resort’s skiable terrain. The resort’s Expanded Excellence initiative, which drove those additions, is set to continue heading into 2026-27.

Deer Valley’s 2026-27 lineup covers a range of budgets and skiing habits, from everyday enthusiasts to occasional midweek visitors.

Deer Valley Unlimited Pass: Unlimited skiing with no blackout dates, plus six First Tracks experiences, 15 Friends & Family lift tickets at discounted rates, and 15% off retail and dining at Deer Valley outlets. Eligible for a $399 Ikon Pass add-on.

Deer Valley Select Pass: Seven-day-a-week access with peak blackout dates, three First Tracks experiences, eight Friends & Family lift tickets, and 15% off retail and dining. Blackout dates apply, deervalley.com/passes for more details.

Deer Valley Midweek Pass: Ski access Monday through Friday with peak blackout dates, three First Tracks experiences, six Friends & Family lift tickets, and 15% off retail and dining.
Deer Valley Utah Limited Pass: A pass designed exclusively for Utah residents, offering Monday through Thursday skiing access with peak day blackouts. Proof of Utah residency required.

Deer Valley on the Ikon Pass

Deer Valley is also part of the Ikon Pass, which opens for the 2026-27 season on the same day — March 12 — and spans more than 76 global destinations across five continents. Full Ikon Pass holders gain exclusive access and perks at Deer Valley, including unlimited spring skiing starting April 6, with no reservations required.

This year’s Ikon Pass launch comes with several new features. Returning pass holders can choose from renewal rewards including up to $300 in on-site mountain credits, a credit of up to $100 from Backcountry.com, a free-night award worth up to 25,000 Marriott Bonvoy points, or up to two free days of gear rentals through Ski Butlers. Families benefit from savings of up to $100 on every child pass purchased alongside an adult pass.

New this season is also a risk-free refundable purchase option: pass holders who haven’t scanned their pass by Jan. 15, 2027, can receive a full cash refund. Those with a single scan by that date are eligible for 50% back. The pass program is also going greener, allowing all 2025-26 Ikon Passes to be reused for 2026-27 to reduce plastic waste.

Passes go on sale March 12. For full details on Deer Valley’s season pass options and pricing, visit deervalley.com/passes. For the Ikon Pass, visit ikonpass.com.
