Award-winning Collections Magazine celebrates local non-profits
PARK CITY, Utah — What began as an in-house property guide for Summit Sotheby’s International Realty (SSIR) clients evolved into Collections Magazine, which was awarded the best print marketing in the world by Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate.
In its 28th edition, Community Issue discusses elevating our communities for the better and measuring success by the strength of the whole, not the individual.
“Throughout this publication, you’ll learn about a few of the organizations and non-profit groups we had the pleasure of supporting in the last year,” said Thomas Wright, CEO and Principal Broker with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. “I hope the following stories, which come from those who have been directly impacted by the good work of others, inspire you to do the same no matter where you call home.”
The Summit Sotheby’s Cares 501(c)(3) program began in 2010 and now sees 100% participation, meaning with the closing of each sale, agents voluntarily contribute a portion of their earnings to the fund. From childcare to search and rescue, the organizations supported recently by Summit Sotheby’s Cares in Park City alone are PC Tots, Youth Sports Alliance, and Utah Avalanche Center.
“At the end of the day, a community isn’t just the neighborhood you live in; community is being involved and making a difference, investing into others and helping build a better place for all to grow and flourish,” Wright said.
Summit Sotheby’s dives into the Wasatch Front, Wasatch Back, Southern Utah, and Moab regions with Market Snapshots, Significant Sales, listings, and communities within each sector. Beyond Utah, readers will find Distinctive Properties, which highlights SSIR’s national and global presence.
One of the cornerstones of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty is offering its clients unprecedented exposure. SSIR has partnered with various media outlets to deliver over 115,000 Collections Magazines directly to subscribers. These strategic partnerships are in addition to the over 400 distribution locations where Collections Magazine is on display and available for pickup.
