Cafe Rio employee brawl leads to jail time for 20-year-old woman

PARK CITY, Utah — On Thursday evening, Deputies responded to Cafe Rio on W Newpark Blvd in reference to several employees who had engaged in fighting.

The suspect, a 20-year-old Hideout, Utah woman departed from the scene before deputies arrived. The suspect was then located and proceeded to tell deputies that she became upset when her coworker was on her phone while customers were waiting to be helped. The 20-year-old woman then became upset and hit her co-worker in the face.

After the investigation was completed, the woman was booked into jail on charges.
