December 21 in the Northern Hemisphere is not just any ordinary day; it’s the winter solstice and the year’s shortest day. Thousands of communities and cultures celebrate the winter solstice as the return or rebirth of the sun. It is a time for individuals to reflect and let go of what no longer serves them, looking forward to the new year.
Winter solstice is upon us, and to supplement the shortest day, and longest night, of the year, Plenty Consulting has a special guided meditation in celebration of the day. Plenty’s site offers free access to its Winter Solstice Meditation and a Winter Solstice Guide with resources and rituals to help prepare for 2022.
