Transylvania Tea Party blood drive will be held October 29

PARK CITY, Utah — Deer Valley Resort is hosting its annual Transylvania Tea Party blood drive on Friday, October 29 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Snow Park Lodge.

“We look forward to hosting our annual blood drive, especially when there is such great need in our community,” said Deer Valley Vice President of Human Resources Chris Lampe. “Our staff, along with the ARUP Blood Services team, have precautions in place to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for all those who are willing to donate.”

The event will be held on the main level of the Snow Park Lodge in the 2002 Room.

Blood donations are in constant demand for emergency situations and individuals suffering from illnesses like cancer, blood disorders, and sickle-cell anemia among others.

Walk-ins are welcome, and appointments can be scheduled online at www.arupbloodservices.org, using the search code B068.

Costumes are encouraged but optional, and light refreshments will be provided.

Masks are required inside for all attendees, regardless of vaccination status.

Further questions about the blood drive can be directed to the Deer Valley Resort Human Resources front desk at 435-645-6654.
