Stein Eriksen Lodge Continues Gingerbread House Tradition

PARK CITY, Utah. — Every year, the Stein Eriksen Lodge creates a giant gingerbread house display for the public to enjoy. This year’s theme is an antique-style gingerbread house more than seven feet tall and three feet wide. According to the Stein Eriksen Lodge, the holiday masterpiece took around four weeks to make, which was a total of 100 working hours. More than 45 pounds of gingerbread were used in this year’s display. You can look but do not touch, or else you’ll end up on the naughty list.
