Summer activities begin at Park City Mountain June 8

Park City Mountain also offers over 150 miles of summer trails, maintained in partnership with the Mountain Trails Foundation, for hiking and biking

PARK CITY, Utah — Summer activities will begin at Park City Mountain on Saturday, June 8, with the official opening of the resort’s Village Adventure Park and chairlift rides on Payday Express.

The Adventure Park at Park City Mountain Village will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. until Sept. 2, then Thursday-Sunday, Sept. 3 to Oct. 6 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

Canyons Village will begin summer operations on June 15, which will run daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. until Sept. 2. Activities include scenic rides and bike haul on Red Pine Gondola and disc golf. Red Pine Lodge will also open for on-mountain dining on June 15. 

 Town Lift and the bike haul will open on June 15, and Canyons Golf will open this Friday, May 24.

“We can’t wait to welcome everyone back to Park City Mountain for summer activities and events,” said Deirdra Walsh, vice president and COO of Park City Mountain. “Summer in Park City is spectacular, and we’re excited to share the beauty of the mountains in summer with our guests and community.” 

The resort is also set to host multiple events and concerts this summer, including Forum Fest, which will run July 3-6, Park City Institute’s Concerts on the Slopes, which will begin on July 9, and the Canyons Village Summer Concert Series, which will run July 11 to Aug. 29.
