The event will take place in the Newpark Amphitheater (grass behind Sterling’s), with two classes available: 8:00 AM and 9:15 AM. Our incredible coaches will guide you through a hybrid workout that blends cardio exercises with strength training. This inclusive and adaptable workout is designed to accommodate everyone, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Remember to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
