Park City Song Summit begins, bringing in award-winning musicians and chefs

PARK CITY, Utah — Steve Poltz and Sierra Hull opened up the Park City Song Summit on Aug. 27 at The Marquis.

On Friday, the morning started with a fun run with James Beard award-winning chef Gregory Gourdet, who then signed copies of his book.

Mindful mornings was well attended and followed by a performance by Tinsley, a 19-year old musician from Sandy, Utah, who is part of the Summit Rising Artists. She performed original songs and the audience stuck around despite a minor drizzle of rain and wind gusts.

Booths lined the entire Library field ranging from a fire truck turned into a wood-fired pizza food truck to art and wellness booths.

The events continue through Saturday, Aug. 29.
