PGA Tour host Black Desert Resort names Summit Sotheby’s as exclusive sales partner
Black Desert Resort features a Tom Weiskopf-designed golf course that brought professional golf back to Utah after more than 60 years
Black Desert Resort has expanded its strategic real estate partnership with Summit Sotheby’s International Realty, the companies announced Tuesday.
The globally recognized real estate firm and its Developments Division will lead real estate marketing and project sales at the Southern Utah resort owned by Reef Capital Partners. The partnership builds on previous collaborations between the companies on Reef projects in and
around Deer Valley’s East Village.

Located in Southern Utah’s Greater Zion region, Black Desert Resort features a Tom Weiskopf-designed golf course that brought professional golf back to Utah after more than 60 years. The resort hosts PGA TOUR and LPGA Tour events and offers dining, outdoor recreation, wellness services and luxury accommodations.
Real estate options include six neighborhoods with properties ranging from hotel and turnkey residences to golf-adjacent homes with up to four bedrooms. The resort sits near St. George Regional Airport, which offers direct flights to major U.S. cities.
