Ikon Pass adds Swiss St. Moritz to its lineup for 2024/25 season

This will be the sixth European Ikon Pass destination

DENVER — Alterra Mountain Company announced on Thursday that the Ikon Pass community is expanding to add St. Moritz, the Swiss ski resort giant.

With the addition of St. Moritz to the Ikon Pass lineup, pass holders will now be able to explore 59 destinations worldwide.

Located in the upper Engadin Valley of the Swiss Alps, St. Moritz is known for its nine majestic ski areas, including Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavocable, as well as its history as the host of the 1928 and 1948 Winter Olympics, and five FIS Ski World Championships.

“As an alpine icon and birthplace of winter tourism, St. Moritz is excited to join the Ikon Pass community. We’re proud to be a part of this like-minded community of the most outstanding winter destinations on the globe, and welcome Ikon Pass holders to our special place in the Swiss Alps,” said Thomas Rechberger, business development, Engadin St. Moritz Mountain Pool.

For the 2024/25 winter season, Ikon Pass holders will have seven days of combined access to St. Moritz’s nine areas with no blackout dates, Ikon Base Plus Pass and Ikon Base Pass holders will have five days of combined access to St. Moritz’s nine areas, also with no blackout dates. St. Moritz will not be available on the Ikon Session Pass.
