Park City Coffee Roaster to close coffeehouse March 30

PARK CITY, Utah — Park City Coffee Roaster announced yesterday that its flagship cafe in Kimball Junction will close next month.

The company announced on Instagram yesterday that its Park City Coffeehouse, located at 1764 Uinta Way, will close on March 30. The storefront will reopen as the Bagel Den, a Heber City-based New York-style bagel shop, this summer. The Bagel Den will still feature Park City Coffee Roaster coffees.

“We want to send out a huge THANK YOU to the Park City Community for supporting our family -owned business for the last 27 years!” Park City Coffee Roaster said on Instagram. “You will still be able to enjoy all of our coffees throughout Utah and online at our website.”

Park City Coffee Roaster has been owned and operated by twin brothers Ray and Robert Hibl since 1997. The company’s beans are small batch roasted in Park City.
