PARK CITY, Utah — Park City Municipal held its annual Scarecrow Festival at the McPolin Barn on Sept. 30 and the paths are now lined with scarecrows donning some of this year’s biggest celebs from “Swifties” to Barbie™ to Bob Ross. Catch them while you can; the festival will continue until Oct. 28.
