Colorado man dies at Arches National Park

MOAB, Utah — A 73-year-old Colorado man died at Arches National Park on Monday after efforts to resuscitate him were unsuccessful.

According to the National Park Service, members of the Grand County Sheriff’s Office, EMS, and park rangers responded to a report of CPR in progress at the Devils Garden Campground at Arches National Park.

Although responders performed CPR, the man was pronounced dead on the scene.

The man’s identity has not yet been released. According to NPS, there is no additional information available at this time.
