Hearth and Hill and Urban Hill host April wine dinners
PARK CITY, Utah —Hearth and Hill invites diners to a five-course feast crafted by its kitchen team in collaboration with Italian winemaker Alessandro de Stefani of De Stefani Wines on Saturday, April 15, at 6 p.m.
Wine pairings are available in addition to the menu featuring scallops with citrus ponzu and duck with forbidden rice and pickled chilis. Dinner costs $85 per person, with the option of adding wine pairings for $40.
If you’re a big fan of fine dining and wine, mark your calendars for the second wine dinner at Urban Hill in Salt Lake City. The newest addition to the restaurant group’s lineup presents its own wine dinner on April 18 at 6 p.m.
Executive Chef Nick Zocco curated a five-course menu featuring dishes like the insalata di mare with scallops and calamari in an apple fennel vinaigrette and the hearty Oxtail Risotto. Italian winemaker Valentino Berni of Loghi Farms has carefully selected a glass of wine to perfectly complement each course. This evening of indulgence can be experienced for just $85 per person, with the option to add wine pairings for an additional $50.
