Park City Local Speaker Series continues with health coach Julia Wilde on October 11
PARK CITY, Utah — On October 11, as part of Park City’s Local Speaker Series, Julie Wilde will be speaking at 6 p.m. at the Park City Library. Attendance is free and open to all interested in learning more about Wilde’s unique perspective and thoughts. Her talk at the Library will be centered on “aging, energy, and joint health.”
Wilde is a locally-based, certified holistic health coach and founder of Transform With Wellness. Wilde’s mission is “to empower people to live better lives with better health by taking control of their health and well-being.” As part of Transform With Wellness, Wilde offers one-on-one and group coaching, corporate programming, and other wellness services.
Wilde will also speak from her experience working in a global business career in locations in North America, Asia, and Europe. She attended the NYC Institute of Integrated Nutrition for health coach certification, and later added a Master’s of International Management to broaden her expertise to international health counseling.
Wilde’s talk is part of the larger Local Speaker Series by Park City. Dana Williams, Park City’s former three-term mayor (2002-2014) was the previous speaker on September 13. Jill Orschel, a documentarian and cinematographer based in Park City will be speaking on “giving a voice to women through cinema” on November 15th.
