PARK CITY. Utah — In a press release from October 5, Deer Valley Resort announced that Michelin 3-Star Chef Massimo Bottura will host exclusive VIP meet-and-greet dinners on December 16, 17, and 18 in the resort’s Fireside Dining location at Empire Canyon Lodge. The dinners will include six courses of Italian food and wine pairings designed by Chef Bottura, who has earned a big name for himself throughout over 30 years of cooking. Chef Bottura is known for his 3-Star restaurant Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy, which was nominated #1 on The World’s Best 50 Restaurant lists in 2016 and 2018. He was also recognized for his commitment against food waste and in favor of global food equity with the prestigious Michelin Green Star.
Deer Valley Resort Vice President of Food and Beverage Jacob Musyt said the following about Chef Bottura’s visit:
