Semi truck carrying chocolate crashes on I-80 EB

SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah —The Park City Fire District (PCFD) responded to the scene of a semi rollover on eastbound Interstate 80, near mile marker 147 on Sunday.

“The freeway is completely blocked at this time,” PCFD said at 1:41 p.m. The incident is now cleared.

“No injuries reported. No hazmat concerns, the semi was hauling chocolate.”

Utah Highway Patrol troopers also responded to the crash.

A semi that was hauling bees rolled over near mile marker 149 on I-80 EB on Monday.
