COVID-19 Vaccine Registrations Now Open to Utahns age 65+

As of Thursday, February 18, Governor Spencer Cox has opened COVID-19 vaccine registrations for Utahns age 65-69. Vaccine appointments are already available for those 70 years old and up.

Anyone 65 years of age or older can use this link to to fill out a form and provide contact information to Summit County. They will then provide the registration link once a vaccine dose is available.

If you know someone who is age 65 or older and does not have an email address, please refer them to the Summit County COVID-19 Hotline at 435-333-0050, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm (except holidays).
