The Brick Restaurant Opens on Main Street

HISTORIC MAIN STREET, Park City — Alan Galeano has already logged more than 40 years in the restaurant industry. This week, Galeano opens his fourth eatery in Park City: The Brick, located at 508 Main Street. Formerly Tupelo, The Brick will offer guests affordable food in a relaxed atmosphere.

Galeano, also the owner of El Chubasco, Crystal Park Cantina, and Burgers and Barley, created a menu with options for all ages. The Brick will offer appetizers such as crispy fried green beans, beer-battered cauliflower, and fried, smoked gouda. Other menu items include soups and salads, sandwiches, and signature buffalo chicken mac and cheese with blue cheese crumbles, and barbecue mac with homemade pulled pork.

Burgers will be a focus: Diners can choose from 20 classic and specialty burgers like the Goodnight Burger, with applewood bacon, sunny side up egg, maple syrup, and yellow American cheese. Or the Turkey Cobb Burger with applewood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, sunny side up egg, avocado, and blue cheese dressing. The Rasta Monsta Burger is served with Jamaican jerk spice, applewood bacon, jerk sauce, pepper jack cheese, mango, and pineapple chutney. Galeano’s favorite, the Raging Bull Burger, is made with grass-fed bison, cabernet-glazed onions, mushrooms, and brie.

Guests will find an extensive bar menu including local Wasatch Brewing Ghost Rider IPA, a variety of Old Town Cellars wines, and specialty cocktails using High West libations. The Never – Old Fashioned, is made with High West double rye whisky, cane syrup, aromatic bitters, maraschino cherry. The Park City Mule contains High West Prairie whisky, ginger beer, and fresh lime juice.

The Brick will be serving lunch and dinner every day from 11 a.m. to close, with dine-in and take out options available.
