Aggravated Assault at Kimball Junction McDonald’s

PARK CITY, Utah.— Last night, Summit County Sheriff’s deputies responded to an incident at the McDonald’s in Kimball Junction, where a man with a criminal history, Sean Dalton, 51, hit a 30-year-old Park City woman’s vehicle while trying to cut in line at the drive-through window. According to the Sheriff’s report, the victim left her car to speak with Dalton and he “accelerated toward her, hitting her, and pinning her against her vehicle.”

Dalton fled the scene but was later located thanks to a tip by the original complainant, and taken into custody where he was booked on multiple charges including aggravated assault and DUI.

Dalton was arrested just a week ago as part of an investigation on vehicle theft and communications fraud.
