Join Kimball Art Center and Haum Meditation on a guided exploration of the connection between art and the body. Haum Meditation’s primary focus is group guided meditation classes and mindfulness education to Park City and the surrounding communities. This session will encourage a state of mindfulness and relaxation, inviting a deep connection within themselves and art.
