Power outage closes Junction Commons; all stores to reopen Thursday June 11

SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah — A power outage forced the temporary closure of Junction Commons shopping center today, knocking out operations across the complex for much of the day.

Power has been restored, and stores have begun working to reopen, though not all tenants are expected to be back up and running by end of day. Junction Commons is asking shoppers to call ahead before visiting to confirm whether a specific store is open.

All stores are expected to return to normal hours Thursday.
