Nordstrom Rack sets Oct. 22 opening date for Park City store

PARK CITY, Utah — Nordstrom Rack will open its new Junction Commons store on Oct. 22, the retailer announced on its upcoming locations page.

The store will be located at 6699 N. Landmark Drive in Kimball Junction. Nordstrom Rack plans to hold a pre-opening shopping event and a grand opening celebration, though full event details have not yet been released.

TownLift previously reported that the 25,000-square-foot store would open in late 2026 as part of the continued transformation of Junction Commons, formerly known as Outlets Park City.

Nordstrom announced the Park City location in January, saying the store will offer clothing, shoes, accessories, beauty products and home goods at discounted prices. Customers will also be able to pick up online orders from Nordstrom and Nordstrom Rack and make returns at the store.

“We look forward to being a part of the Park City community and serving our customers with an amazing offering of great brands at great prices,” Nordstrom Rack President Gemma Lionello said when the store was announced.

The Park City location will become the company’s fifth Nordstrom Rack store in Utah. Nordstrom also operates two full-line department stores in the state and employs more than 500 people across its Utah locations, according to the company.

Junction Commons is a roughly 320,000-square-foot outdoor shopping center with about 60 retailers, including Nike Factory Store, Columbia Factory Store, J.Crew Factory, Coach and Polo Ralph Lauren.

The Nordstrom Rack website lists the Park City opening alongside more than 20 new stores scheduled to open across the country between August and November. The retailer says grand opening events may include free coffee, giveaways and a chance to win a $1,000 gift card while supplies last.
