Get your share: Summit County and Wasatch Back farms open 2026 CSA signups

PARK CITY, Utah — As the 2026 growing season approaches, several Summit County and Wasatch Back farms are offering community-supported agriculture programs that give residents a direct connection to locally grown food.

CSA programs allow members to buy a share of a farm’s harvest at the start of the season and receive weekly boxes of freshly picked produce as crops come in. The model provides farms with early-season income while giving members a rotating supply of seasonal vegetables, herbs, and other crops throughout the summer and fall.

Moonshadow Farm in Hoytsville, formerly the longtime Ranui Gardens, is offering CSA shares that include a seasonal mix of vegetables and herbs, with the season typically running through early fall.

Gracie’s Farm in Wanship, part of the Blue Sky Ranch property, runs its CSA for roughly 20 weeks from June through October. Members pick up weekly shares at the farm, with most boxes including seven to 10 items. Add-on options are also available.

Copper Moose Farm in Park City has been growing vegetables and cut flowers organically since 2007. The farm offers CSA shares for purchase in the spring, with weekly pickup at its on-site farm stand on Old Ranch Road during the summer and early fall.

Casperville Creations, based in Heber City, is also accepting signups for its 2026 CSA. The farm offers weekly shares with pickup at locations including sites in Park City, though availability may be limited.

For those not ready to commit to a full-season share, local farm stands and markets offer another way to buy local. Copper Moose Farm’s stand is expected to reopen in May, and Gracie’s Farm operates a weekly farm stand on Fridays during the growing season.

The Park City Farmers Market has also expanded into a winter format at Junction Commons in the Snyderville Basin. The indoor market, which launched in late February, runs through the spring and features local farmers, food producers, and makers.
