SNAPPED: Art on the Trails blends art and nature on McLeod Creek
On Aug. 24, Art on the Trails provided an accessible platform for everyone to enjoy Park City’s natural beauty while experiencing unique performances and works of art. This year, the Arts Council of Park City and Summit County teamed up with Basin Recreation and Copper Moose Farms to bring immersive art experiences to McLeod Creek Trail.
Live performances included Aerobatics Circus Center, Utah Symphony, River Wood Speaks Poetry, Figure Skating Club of Park City, Lisa Needham & Rich Wyman, and Salt City Circus. Local artists Emily Quinn Loughlin and Jim Sheeran also shared their talents along the trail.
The Art Council’s mission is to serve the arts and culture community by driving creative programming, providing valuable resources, and cultivating connections.
