Park City Library to host special storytimes on a bus during ‘Try Transit Week’
PARK CITY, Utah — Park City families are invited to a unique storytelling event on Thursday, Aug. 29, as the Park City Library partners with Park City Transit for two special storytimes on a bus. These sessions are a part of ‘Try Transit Week’, encouraging residents to explore and utilize public transportation.
With no regular library storytimes scheduled this week, this event offers a creative alternative for families. Preschoolers and their caregivers are welcome at 10 a.m., followed by a session for toddlers and their caregivers at 11 a.m.
Ms. Katrina, a beloved Park City storyteller, will lead the sessions, captivating young audiences with books about public transportation. Attendees can also participate in a sing-along and a game of ‘I Spy’ during the ride. Afterward, snacks and goodie bags will be provided as a special treat.
