Park City chefs take the stage in NYC

Renowned culinary talents from Park City Restaurant Association head to New York City's Platform by James Beard Foundation

PARK CITY, Utah — Award-winning chefs and spirit companies from the Park City Restaurant Association (PCARA) are getting ready to take their shows to New York City. The Platform by the James Beard Foundation events are Thursday, Sept. 26 through Sunday, Sept. 29, 2024. Tickets are on sale now.

The Platform by the James Beard Foundation brings together some of the most talented chefs and restaurateurs in the country to create extraordinary dining experiences.

“What an honor it is for our remarkably talented culinary community to be in the spotlight on such a prominent dining stage as Platform by the James Beard Foundation,” Park City Area Restaurant Association executive director Ginger Wicks said. “These highly sought-after dining events sell out quickly, and we look forward to the opportunity to host such enthusiastic patrons who are eager to experience Park City’s exceptional dining scene.”

Alpine Distilling’s master botanical distiller, Sara Sergent, will co-host the events with Riverhorse, Courchevel, Tupelo, and the Stein Eriksen Lodge. The Riverhorse on Main event will be hosted by executive chef Seth Adams, while the High West Distillery event will be hosted by executive chef Michael Showers. The Courchevel Bistro event will be headed by executive chef Clement Gelas, and the Tupelo Park City event will be hosted by co-owner and executive chef Matthew Harris. The Stein Eriksen Lodge event will be hosted by vice president of food and beverage operations and corporate chef Zane Holmquist.
