PCFD extinguishes structure fire at Promontory Rock Road home

PARK CITY, Utah — The Park City Fire District extinguished a structure fire at a home on Promontory Rock Road yesterday evening.

According to a statement from the PCFD, crews were dispatched to the scene at approximately 6:30 p.m. Upon arrival, smoke was visibly coming from the eaves of the home.

“Firefighters located the fire in the chimney chase,” said a statement from the PCFD. “The fire was contained to the exterior fireplace chimney chase and was quickly extinguished.”
