Tickets available for speed skating, biathlon World Cups

UTAH — Tickets are available now for speed skating and biathlon international World Cup competitions coming to Utah in early 2024.

Speed Skating

The Utah Olympic Oval and “Fastest Ice on Earth” hosts back-to-back weekends of speed skating action in Jan. The ISU Four Continents Speed Skating Championships returns from Jan. 19-21, 2024, followed by the ISU World Cup Speed Skating competition from Jan. 26-28, 2024.

Both events are scheduled to feature Beijing 2022 Olympic gold medalist skater Erin Jackson and US Speedskating’s best racing the top athletes from Canada, the Netherlands, China, Japan, and others.

Tickets are available for $15 for adults ages 13 and up and $10 for youth ages 6 to 12. Kids ages 5 and under receive free admission.

Biathlon

The excitement of the Utah winter competition season comes to Soldier Hollow Nordic Center March 8 through 10, 2024. The BMW IBU World Cup Biathlon hosted at Soldier Hollow for the second time since the 2002 Salt Lake Olympic Winter Games features one of Europe’s most popular sports, combining skiing and target shooting.

The IBU World Cup Biathlon features several ticket options. General admission is free for all attendees.

Premium reserved seating in the bleacher area overlooking the shooting range and competition course is available for $50 per day or $125 for all three event days. This option includes daily lunch and drink tickets.

VIP guests are invited to enjoy the competition from the all new Soldier Hollow Competition Center. The renovated and expanded building features the finest views from the rooftop patio, indoor viewing dining room or next to the shooting range.

Meals featuring dishes unique to the region are provided throughout the event alongside a full-service bar. Tickets are $225 per day or $600 for all three event days.
