Public hearing on Deer Valley ROW vacation tonight

PARK CITY, Utah — The Park City Council will hold a public hearing on Deer Valley’s petition to vacate 2.6 acres of public right-of-way tonight, Nov. 30, as a part of its regular meeting.

This will be a continuation of public hearings and discussions that have been held on the topic since March.

The meeting is set to begin at 5:30 p.m., and the public hearing is the last item on the agenda. No decision will be made at this time; further discussion is scheduled for Dec. 5.
