Magnitude 3.2 earthquake shakes Richfield

RICHFIELD, Utah — A magnitude 3.2 earthquake shook Richfield early yesterday morning.

According to the U.S. Geological Service, the earthquake began at 4:45 a.m. approximately 2.4 miles north northeast of Richfield. It had a depth of 7.2 miles.

At the time of this article, 148 individuals in the Richfield area had reported feeling weak to light shaking from the earthquake, and individuals in both Utah and Salt Lake Counties also reported feeling its effects.
