NAC hosts Field Day with EmpowerFest

PARK CITY, Utah — Hanger Clinic is bringing EmpowerFest, a national, one-of-a-kind event for people with limb loss and limb difference, to Salt Lake City and the National Ability Center.

On Saturday, July 8, the National Ability Center hosts a Field Day of adaptive sports in the mountains. The 160 attendees, who range from teens to seniors, will get to experience adaptive rock climbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, archery, cycling, seated volleyball, pickleball, and more.

Saturday morning, July 8, the Hanger Foundation will be hosting a 1K/5K walk/run for all EmpowerFest attendees. All skill levels are welcome to join the challenge to cross the finish line. Enjoy the music, earn a medal, and receive a swag bag. EmpowerFest attendees participate for free; please indicate if you’re interested during registration.
