Man injured in snowmobile accident near Lake Creek transported via helicopter

WASATCH COUNTY, Utah — A 23-year-old male was transported by helicopter after a snowmobile accident on Saturday, April 15. 

According to a statement from Wasatch County SAR, dispatch was notified of the accident, which took place at the upper end of Lake Creek, at approximately 5:22 p.m. Crews from Wasatch County SAR, Wasatch Fire, and Intermountain Life Flight were deployed to the area to assist. 

The injured individual had been involved in a single snowmobile accident, and was transported from the scene by Intermountain Life Flight. 

“On a side note, there is still a lot of snow to come down,” said a statement from Wasatch County SAR.
