Texas man pronounced deceased at Park City Mountain

PARK CITY, Utah — On Friday, a 50-year-old Texas man died after a medical incident in the Red Pine area of Canyons Village, confirmed by Vail Resorts.

Park City Mountain ski patrol responded to the incident and administered CPR. The man was transported to an ambulance access location where Park City Fire Department provided additional emergency care; he was pronounced dead at the scene by the Fire Department.

“Park City Mountain, Park City ski patrol and the entire Vail Resorts family extend our deepest sympathy and support to our guest’s family and friends,” said Deirdra Walsh, Park City Mountain vice president and chief operating officer.
