Summit County Seasonal Parking Limits in effect Nov. 15

SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah — Starting on November 15, seasonal parking limits will go into effect in Summit County. The winter season parking limits will be in place until April 15. Limitations include no on-street parking on county roads unless otherwise marked.

Under County Code 7-3-3, “vehicles or other obstacles which hamper County snow removal operations will be towed or removed at owner’s expense.” Also, under the code, the owner has total liability for damage caused by snow removal equipment should it occur in the County right-of-way.
