Comment on the future of Summit County emergency response at three town halls this month

SUMMIT COUNTY, Utah — In August, Summit County started a master planning process to update Emergency Medical Services for the county. Part of the planning process includes three town hall meetings to hear Summit County residents’ concerns and ideas for the future of EMS in Summit County.

Here are the details for the three town hall meetings:

  • October 20 – South Summit County Services Building (Library) Auditorium, Kamas | 6-8 p.m.
  • October 27 – Ledges Event Center Multipurpose Room, Coalville | 6-8 p.m.
  • October 28 – Summit County Health Department Downstairs Conference Room at Quinn’s Junction/Round Valley, Park City | 6-8 p.m.

Anyone with questions, comments, or concerns about the future of EMS in Summit County is invited to attend these meetings.

The planning process is also being facilitated via cooperation with SafeTech Solutions, LLP, an independent national EMS consulting firm with expertise in rural EMS.
