Structure fire breaks out at Grappa on Main Street

Update: 1:30pm Park City Fire District reported that several vehicles and responders responded to calls of smoke showing from the Grappa building at 8:00 a.m. Firefighters promptly made access to the structure and discovered that fire had made it to the roof of the building through a venting system. The fire is still currently under investigation, although witnesses stated that the fire was likely caused by a pan of oil that flashed and caused a fire. The fire was contained quickly and firefighters cleared the scene reporting no injuries and no damage to other nearby structures.

PARK CITY, Utah — At approximately 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday Park City Fire District posted that it is currently on the scene of a structure fire that broke out at Grappa on Main Street.

There are no details as to the cause or containment of the fire at this time, and updates will be added when available.
